why doesnt my serial number work?

my serial number that is writen in the software library isn't working for clip studio paint, and I would like to know why and how I can fix it.

    thx for trying to help, but that didnt work very well. it still says its wrong even though its the 30 number/letter code a with SP at the beginning

    Do you copy and paste all digits including hyphens instead of manually entering the 30-digit serial number?

    I've tried to enter in my serial number manually, and then I also put the number into a text app and then copied it, along with the dashes, and tried to paste it in. This also did not work? Any ideas? I am using English...but it appears that the serial number is designed for Japanese...the fifth letter in the code is a "J." I don't understand why this would prevent me from activating the code though.

    Because if it's got a J in the first set of digits, it's for the Japanese version. CSP is split into Japanese (a few features that the others don't have), Traditional Chinese (Taiwan), and English (French, Spanish, German, and Korean are included) licenses. Your system language has to match the license language for it to be activated. There is no workaround unless you know Japanese. You'll have to contact Support:
