Hi, I have already purchased my subscription for ClipStudio, my problem is that I don’t receive a serial number, and if I do, it’s way too long. The serial number is supposed to have 5 digits, but I never get one through my email.

3 years agoNo serial number will be issued when using a subscription.

3 years agoSubscriptions don't get serial numbers. The One Time Purchase version does.
