3d model outline/detailing is missing

I noticed that some models I download seem to show up 2d/Flat as far as looks go. Solid grey. No definition though yes I can see an outline and I can move the pieces to pose. The issue is I cant really see the details within the model. Like a face or muscle even thoygh when it was shown in the preview i could see all of the models definitions,facial details and ect. Anyone know why that is?

    You can change the "Rendering settings" in "Environment" in the sub tool details.
    I know how to handle the launcher, but I don't think it's easy to use
    I think it's hard to understand, but I think it's well organized.
