New project window not showing up

Hi, so I can't start a new project in Clip Studio Paint. When I click new project in Clip Studio Paint, the window doesn't open and I can't click anything on the main program. The problem used to be different before where the new project window was too big for me to be able to use it. I reinstalled the Paint and the main Clip Studio Program but it doesn't work still

3 years agoIsn't the "new" window blown off the monitor screen?
As a test, hold down the shift key and click [PAINT] to display the "Initialization startup screen", check "Window display position", and click [OK].
By the way, the configuration file itself is in a different location from the program itself, so even if you uninstall the program → reinstall it,
It is not affected by anything.
