Soon I will remove windows 7 from my computer, formatting a hard drive and add or windows 8.
I will reinstall with csp again on the same computer. Will it be considered that I used it on a second machine the licence?

- Report to administrator
It counts as a second registration ("computer"). When you try to register a third time, you have to go through a process to deactivate those registrations. That resets your registrations to zero and you can use it another 2 times before having to deactivate again. If you do this many times in a short period of time, your license may be locked due to looking like license terms abuse. Keep your license number safe!

I think the license registration is considered to be the second machine, but it's okay if you don't have another computer.
If you buy another computer or upgrade your Windows 8 to Windows 10 in the future, it's okay to follow the same procedure.
