Importing/Exporting Audio into Animated Sequences in Ex

Hi there! I'm considering upgrading to ClipStudio EX for its Animation tools. A user on Reddit stated (granted the post I'm referencing is 3 years old) that EX can NOT import/export audio files. However, the current List of Functions states that EX can import/export audio files.
Can EX work with audio? Just wanted to clarify. Thanks!
ALSO, has anyone worked with Moho Debut 13? How does it compare to EX now (in 2020)?

3 years agoYou can ignore the writing 3 years ago. Audio files are supported by Ver.1.8.4 two years ago.

Moho has always been focused on animation so, whether Debut or Pro, it should be very good at it.
CSP is an illustration and comic program with somewhat basic animation features tacked on. It supports mp3 files, but seems to have a terrible time with playback or exporting when using them (judging by all the Asks about audio problems). It doesn't have more advanced animation features that Flash/Animate or Moho have. People have made great animations with it, but it may be a little more difficult than animation-focused programs.- English

Very thorough response and very helpful. I needed to make a decision cuz a special on Moho runs out tomorrow and youtube reviews were getting close but not hitting the mark. No one brought up the audio issues that apparently still remain in 2020. Thanks for that. A lot of my early animations will be short, quick exchanges with dialogue.
