Can't access Clip Studio EX

Recently I had gotten the Clip Studio Paint Pro single device plan then canceled it to get EX. For some reason I can't change to EX even after I spent money to get it. It won't let me type in my serial number and there's no option for it and I'm frustrated what do I do?

3 years agoOpen Paint, then go to Help > Review/Change License (or the Clip Studio Paint menu on Mac). You are in Clip Studio, not Clip Studio Paint right now.
