What does "agree to end license agreement and update" mean?

So I downloaded the recent update and on the Clip Studio next to the Paint tab there's a red notification thing and when I press it it asks to end the license agreement and update and I really don't understand what it means.
Can someone explain it? I got scared that my license ended despite the fact that I purchased the single purchase.
