Clip studio installed on secondary hard drive; cannot create virtual memory?

So I have Clip studio installed on a secondary hard drive that still has several hundreds of GB of space left. However when I start up the program, it gives me the 'failed to create virtual memory' error that occurs when you do not have enough space on your hard drive I assume. The program continues to work, granted slowly. My C: drive (where windows installed) only has about 30 GB left since it is a small SSD. Side note: all brushes about 250 px + tend to lag like crazy, is this just a clip studio thing?
