Can only draw a dot with pen

I can only get a dot with my pen. I can draw with the mouse. I have checked pen battery, pen pressure, I'm using black, installed latest drivers... please help!

3 years agoIs that the first time this happens? Can you only draw one dot, or can you do a stoke, but there's no pressure sensitivity? Please attach a screenshot.
This can be an issue with drivers. But, did you check if your pen works when you change to another art software?- English
