Am I missing something?

I can’t see a way to scale 3D content in xyz direction.

It should be an obvious feature.

Do you have a trick?

The XYZ ratio of 3D objects is fixed on CLIP STUDIO PAINT.
I think it is possible to load individually resized ones in CLIP STUDIO MODELER into CLIP STUDIO PAINT.

I see. I was wondering that I might've misunderstood the post. (￢ε￢　)

You can't scale in one direction, because that would mean dealing with actual vertices, and Clip Studio isn't a modeling program.
Like lefteye says, the ratios are fixed. Well, you can change the proportions, ex. make the head twice as big as the rest of the body (Head to body ratio). But that's pretty much it.
Even in Clip Studio Modeler, as of today, you can't create actual models from scratch, and the features like extrude, transform etc are absent.

So, you have to use an exterior modeling software.
Just change/scale the model in Blender (or any other 3d software of your choice). Then import it to Clip Studio Modeler and configure it as a material/asset. And after that you can load it into Clip Studio Paint.

And that's it. ヽ(๏∀◕ )ﾉ
(I wish I could say it's a simple process T_T )

Maybe in the future, we'll see that feature added into Clip Studio Modeler.
Anyway, that's all.

Hi Again

Where I see scaling in xyz as very useful, is that with a simple cube there is literary no limits to what you could build of exteriors and interiors to aid drawing a scene.
Now fx to build a little village you had to have many remade sizes.

I agree that it's a useful feature. However, your example surprised me. For a village, where you have multiple objects, isn't it actually better to use a proper 3d software? I don't think Clip Studio handles many objects at once very well.

I just meant fx 7 cubes.

There is an enormous advantage in having all elements in one place, so changes becomes very easy.
