Hello, if I install my licensed clip version on a sub pc and log in in my account will all my downloaded tools, assets and presets installed in the main pc be downloaded on the sub pc too?

You need to do a migration operation.
You can also migrate with cloud services, but not all materials can be migrated.

If you can salvage folders from your main PC, we recommend migrating with folder copy.
