Is the one-device plan for Pro annual usage only available for 3 months? Can I use it for one year?

You'll get 3 months free after you apply for a monthly plan (that you can either pay each month, or pay annually). Payment will begin from the 4th month.
Sorry if I misunderstood. I was confused as to whether you're asking about the length of the trial period, or the length of the subscription.
