because when I put a 3d model my clip studio crashes and closes the program and wait for the program to respond

Sounds like your computer is running low on memory.
If you have many other programs opened, or if you are using a big canvas/high resolution, ClipStudio can crash, or will be running slowly. Also, close the tabs and canvases that you don't need.
Go to
File -> Preferences ->Performance
to check the memory that your machine is allocating to Clip Studio.
Also check
File->Preferences-> Tablet
and see if your Tablet Settings are set to Prefer speed or Prefer quality.
