XP Pen Relative Mode and Clip Studio Paint

I have a XP Pen Star 3 V2, when I use the pen in relative mode, it doesn't work in the canvas area of Clip Studio Paint. I can not draw or do anything on the canvas although the pen still works in other areas such as tools bar. But if I change the pen into Absolute mode, I can draw normally. When I use other apps like AI or PTS, the pen works fine.
So what's the problem and how can I fix it? Please help. Thank you
