I've read answers about this issue but they're 3 years ago. I've read that it might be something related to storage but can't find the storage setting.

3 years agoHi!
Do you mean that they aren't showing up in any Sub Tool Category?
The materials don't appear automatically, and you need to drag them from the [Material] palette over to the [Sub Tool] palette. In case you need screenshots, or further explanations please see here, in the section "How to Import" https://tips.clip-studio.com/en-us/articles/4239
It was made for PCs but I imagine that it's not too different from the tablet version. You can also access the [Material Palette] by going to
[Window] -> [Materials]
However, if you know how to import the tools, and were able to do so before, and in the case that this issue appeared suddenly, please add a screenshot.
If I have misunderstood the issue please correct me ^-^
Hope this helps- English

3 years agoOh I did try to drag and drop them but apparently on ipad it doesn't work! What confuses me is that I tried to download different brushes and they worked! Is this issue caused by the brush itself and not from the app? Thank you for your time and help!

3 years agoCan you take a screenshot to show me where the material is on your material palette?
Maybe you're looking at an image material, not a brush material.
Only brush materials and other tool materials can be registered by dragging and dropping them on the sub tool.
If you can't drag and drop on your iPad, you can paste it using the buttons at the bottom of the Material Palette.- Japanese
