Switching activation from faulty Galaxy Tab S7 to replacement.

I received my replacement Galaxy Tab S7 this evening, attempted to sign into CSP as I had been using it on the now faulty tablet and got the message "6 months free via Galaxy Store. This license has reached the maximum number of deactivations, so it cannot be activated on this device." I didn't deactivate the last version I had, I tried the Review/ Change License... option and get the same message. My only option right now is to start paying but, as I still have five and a half months left on my free trial, I'm rather loathe to do this. As I bought the S7 PURELY for CSP, I'm really rather miffed as I'm sure you can imagine. I've tried searching the web for help but my google-fu has failed me.
