Where are the default models located so I can export them to another program (such as blender)?

There are some things about the base I model I'd like to edit, but I don't want to start from scratch by making a whole new model, so I'd like to export the pre-existing model to blender to make those adjustments. Is there a in-app export option for this, or alternatively, where are the models located in file explorer?
