I can't open clip studio paint.

I updated CSP because it was giving me an error when trying to save files. After the updated, it stopped opening.
I have uninstalled it completely, and reinstalled and it still doesn't open. I see the Clip Studio Paint task come up in task manager for a few seconds, then it disappears.
I'm on a Microsoft Surface Pro 6, i5 version.
