What exactly did you decide to go back to?
Of course, if you installed it on a completely different computer, the downloaded material wouldn't be there.

Apologize for the misunderstanding caused by my rather vague phrasing. However what I meant by that is that I simply haven't been using clip paint studio in a while and when I decided to open clip paint studio today, every downloaded materials have vanished even though I didn't change computer.

Is the material that was originally included okay and only the material downloaded from ASSETS disappeared?
Execute the gear mark on the upper right of CLIP STUDIO → maintenance menu → rebuild the material database
Please wait until it finishes and check again.

Often if the computer crashes, materials will be lost. You can try rebuilding the Material Database. Unfortunately, you may have to redownload the assets you lost.

If it doesn't come back, you have to re-download it as others have answered.
While logged in to ASSETS, click here in the upper right corner and select "My Download" from the displayed items.
The materials downloaded so far will be displayed, so please download them one by one.
Unfortunately, items deleted by the author or deleted by the operation cannot be re-downloaded.
