Pen is out of calibration when it's on the canvas, but not on the rest of the drawing tablet. Wacom 1 Drawing Tablet

The pen is off by about 4 cm while on the canvas portion of the drawing tablet. But while selecting the various buttons and options surrounding the canvas, the pen is in alignment.
