i can't download from the cloud because the desktop files are missing

Hello! In January I had an SSD error that obliterated all of my clip and sai files that I had saved to my desktop since 2018. However, almost ALL of these files have been synced to the CLIP cloud over these 3 years. My only issue is that I can't download them again because of the missing file error. How can I get around this error so I can get some of these files back onto my desktop? I feel like there has to be a way that I don't know about...
