Yesterday, April 7th, I upgraded from CLIP STUDIO PAINNT PRO to EX according to the procedure, and I made a credit card payment, but the version was not upgraded. Please tell me what to do.

3 years agoFor the monthly plan, select the monthly plan, and for the purchase-out license (30-digit serial number), you need to enter the serial number.
