Why are you being so hard on yourself? We only give people suggestions so that they can strive and become one of the best illustrators/animators in this planet.
The design looks so cute!!
Don’t worry, I won’t bother about the sketch, but what I think you should is add a bit of a dark but light color (sry for bad English) to the hair if you think there might be overflow of the hair on top of another strand of hair.
Other than that, it’s a very cute character design, and I think you should use in one of your projects with the proper, finished design. (I might assume it’s rough character design (planning out everything) but you can correct me for all I care)
I also know it’s hard to think of a character design, but don’t be harsh in yourself. Even I struggle to find the perfect character design. But also try and draw the same character in different clothing or designs, such as a different hairstyle but same color. Choose the best one for you and use it. It’s your own work.

I like the rough feeling as if I drew it with a pen.
