I have just purchased a one-time purchase (pro) and now I am trying to activate my account but after creating an account and logging it tells me I do not have a license when I click on "I already have a license/monthly plan".

    If you purchased the PC version with a single payment and received the serial number by email, click here.
    As a precaution, please do not delete or lose the mail with the serial number written on it.

    There may be a misunderstanding.

    Accounts are limited to one per person in order to receive some services from CELSYS, and it is prohibited by the rules for one person to have multiple accounts.
    One person can have multiple licenses for each device.

    There are various types of licenses.
    The activation method and format are roughly different between the one-time purchase version for PC and the subscription version.
    The PC version is a combination of 30-digit alphanumeric characters, and you can enter it from "License Confirmation / Change" in the help menu of CLIP STUDIO PAINT.
    The subscription version is a combination of 12-digit alphanumeric characters from "Enter Activation Code" in the side menu of CLIP STUDIO.

    It is CELSYS's responsibility to force very complex and complicated procedures.
