can't see Clip Studio Start-Up Page?

When I try to open Clip Studio, the start-up page (the one where you see all the tabs such as Assets and stuff) won't load, all I get is a black rectangle in the corner (see below). Yet when I go into my Pictures on my laptop + click on one of my CSP files the programme opens then?
I'm really confused, it was working just fine earlier. The version I'm currently using is Clip Studio Paint Pro (64 bit) if that helps.
