Tools are missing from Layers

Somehow I recently lost my setup, I've been trying slowly to get it back to being usable again but I realized my layers section is missing a few things. I can't find the drop down with the things like "multiply" and "glow dodge" as well as things like the "lock transparency" are gone. How do I get these back?

2 years agoClick the three lines (hamburger menu) on the layer. Click Show Properties Bar and Show Command Bar.

Try clicking the window menu → [Layer].
