CSP EX and animation industry

So, lately I was thinking about upgrading my CSP to EX version just for animation options. Do you think it's worth it? Would it be useful not only now when I'm still a student but also in the future where I would work (or at least I hope I will) in animation industry?
The thing is at this moment I can use only Photoshop for longer animations because school is letting us use it for free, but PS still feels really uncomfortable for me (but I'm working on it). And now I'm not sure if I should just upgrade CSP because I'm huge fan of connecting freedom of drawing with animating or maybe save money for other animation program .

If you like stingy, you should buy an animation-only application from the beginning.
    (To the last, personal impressions.)

If you want to learn anime, you can use CSP.
You can learn practically such as movement timing, cell combination, and how to attach camera work.
I don't know if it can be used in professional work. (Although some Japanese animation industries use CSP ...)
In English-speaking countries, it seems that software called Toon Boom is often used. It's very expensive.

If you already have PRO, why not change the grade to EX?

Adding to what 土偶子 said, some Japanese studios use CSP, but most use RETAS, which is an animation-only app where you can professionally make anime.

They use Traceman for scanning, mostly. But if you’re looking to animate digitally in Japanese Anime I would say Stylos and Paintman will do. The only bad point is that you have to learn Japanese.

There are other animation apps out there, but if you’re looking to animate traditionally without having to learn Japanese, then TVPaint would be your best option, despite the price

    I hope you won't take offense with this;
Have you tried animating on the PRO version? Did it feels easy for you? Did you like it?
If you like it, then buy it.

From a post prod dude's point of view; in the animation industry....CSP is not ideal. Not at the moment. I feel like this software needs more update on the animation features.

But if you really want to try some animation softwares

    FREE Animation Softwares:
Blender or Open Toonz --- both are free | There's also Pencil2D

    For paid:
Cacani | TVPaint Animation | ToonBoom Harmony | Adobe Animate

    If you're on a device:
    Procreate and Flipaclip

    Good luck animating, dear~!
    It's gonna be a crazy ride but you'll love it~! ;u; )///
