I recently had to reinstall windows on my computer and all of my programs were uninstalled without deactivating them. I followed the link to deactivate my previous code, and then proceeded to the activation popup. On the license verification popup, I clicked the link to go to the activation website and entered the code on the popup. It says "License activation completed" and then confirmation key: but there is just a blank space with no new code or key. If I enter the old key it says it is wrong. How should I get a new confirmation key? thank you for your help.
