2 years agoYou have to open PAINT to enter your serial number (30-digits long).
Activation Codes are 12 digits long and used to pay for subscriptions. They are not the same thing:

If you have a serial number, completely ignore anything having to do with an activation code. Follow the FAQ/Support article 茜音 linked.- English
