I tried to load the brush I downloaded to use now, but I can't see the brush I downloaded even if I bookmark it.

The material above is an image material, i.e. an image.
It is not the same tool as a brush, so it cannot be imported by importing the tool.
When purchasing materials, it is recommended to read carefully about how to use them.
