Purchased gold and account is saying I didn't.

Thank you for your software it's incredible, with it I hope to create amazing graphic novels to share with the world. This morning I purchased 1000G for $10 as I log into my account this evening I noticed that I have 0Gs. I have not made any purcashes and the money was taken out of my account How may this problem be resolved?

2 years agoThe second part of the first Support link covers what to do if you don't receive the Gold Code or typed your email wrong: you have to contact DigitalRiver.
FYI, there are no employees here, only other users.- English
