Clip Studio Launcher Crash

Hello! I just recently installed Clip Studip Paint (ex) onto my system. The Clip Studio Launcher refuses to stay open. It will appear on screen for a second, then will close due to an error. I have tried all the solutions provded by the company on their help page.
Exception code: 0xc0000005
"Faulting Module Path: C:\Program Files\CELSYS\CLIP STUDIO 1.5\CLIP STUDIO\libpng16.dll"
"Faulting module path: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\ntdll.dll"
I can manually open Clip Studio Paint by clicking the .exe file in the program folder, but that doesn't work for the Launcher.
To install brushes and access materials, I need the launcher to work. I'd really appreciate any help.

2 years agoI've copied and pasted this to Microsoft Answers in hopes of getting any support on this. They gave me some suggestions but they didn't work.
