Why is CSP telling me to agree to the end user agreement and update ?

Why did i get this notification ? Will I lose my licence if I click agree ? If I click agree will my csp update itself ? What should I do ?

2 years agoI had other similar questions, but I care too much.
No licenses will be lost with this update.
