whenever i make my computer sleep csp closes and my work doesnt save

please help i am so desperate, i was working on a drawing and i had to eat dinner so i made my computer sleep and when i reopened it my work wasnt saved. earlier it just wouldnt restore my project and i had to redo it but my old drawings were still there at least. but now there's no drawings left and my sketch is gone and i cant make it look how it did before and it looks so bad

Make a habit of terminating the application properly.
