Logged in but when downloading assets it says "Sign in Required"

I get the pop-up to log into my account when I open Clip Studio and I log in. When I go to assets to download or favorite a brush it prompts me with "Sign in required" and then it seems to log me out of the top bar. I've re-entered my serial number as well as it keeps me logged in on the browser. This has been happening for the past few weeks and I thought the new update would fix it or uninstalling and reinstalling but it didn't. Any help is appreciated!
