Unable to Scale / Rotate my layer (including free transform) help!

I previously had csp for android and never experienced this issue.
When trying to scale a layer I am working on, I am unable to do so. I have shown in the image how the corner guides (no idea what to call them) do not show up. and clicking on the "scale and rotate" icon at the bottom shown does nothing as well.

I have tried selecting [edit] - [transform] - [scale] and I am still unable to do anything.

Any assistance is appreciated. Thank you!

I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling again and it worked. unsure WHY it worked since i had tried that previously.

Hello! I actually did see this post and did try doing this.
Which option would corispond with the transform tool / scale rotate tool?

I selected "tool" when i did this just a few minutes ago but all it did was reset my tools (all pens and brushes) and made me drag all of them over again into sub tools. But the actual issue of not being able to transform hasnt been fixed.

Yes, as it's said, it resets the selected options to default. Since you selected tool, it has reset the Tool palette.

The user who's issue got solved selected everything and reset everything. I will add that in their case, uninstalling ClipStudio didn't work.
You can try doing the same as the user, which is selecting everything, and resetting everything. You can try reinstalling clip studio prior to that.

In both cases, make back-ups for your brushes etc, since you will lose them otherwise.

You can contact the support team if you don't want to reinstall clip studio, or want another solution. They may advise something else.
