CSP freeze phenomenon when using a wireless mouse

I am using CSP Pro version 1.10.12, but when using a wireless mouse called StorMX, the cursor stops working and freezes after CSP is started. If I keep pressing the mouse button or after a while the cursor moves again, but what's the problem?
Another interesting thing is that this mouse also connects via Bluetooth, but when connected via Bluetooth, this problem does not occur and the cursor works normally.
