Unable to drag PSD files unto CSP pro

Hello, as the concern above; i'm unable to drag psd files unto csp pro and i've did all the updates necessary... Whenever I put a psd into the program it came up with the 'Unsupported File Format' error message.
I was able to drag psd files into it before but it suddenly came up with that message again >.<
Does anyone know how to resolve this? I'm on Windows 10. Thanks!

Is it possible to open the PSD file with the program that created it?
Is it possible to save the PSD file under a different name in the program that created it?
