I just bought csp recently and i reset all of my csp because i used the cracked one before (i'm so sorry, i wont do that again) but everytime i deleted and reinstall it, it won't deleted fully and the cracked license is still there even tho i already deleted all the cracked csp files. What should I do? :(

2 years agoPerhaps the crack version had a virus in it. (It's a common occurrence.)
I think it's a good idea to do a clean install of the OS and erase all the data.

2 years agoThere are 3 places where CSP data is stored: Program Files, Documents, and in somewhere in App Data (which is a hidden folder by default). Your *ahem* "old serial number" might be in App Data or the Documents Celsys folder.
But also, it is possible that something naughty/invasive was going on with your old version.- English
