Paint sub tool keeps disappearing

One day, I found that all my brushes (watercolors, inks, etc.) were missing. The whole subtool was gone. I added it back manually, saved a new workspace, and left it at that. But now, everytime I close Clip Studio Paint and open it back up, the sub tool is missing again, no matter what Workspace I save it too. I'm getting incredibly frustrated, as I paint frequently, and adding EVERY brush back EVERY TIME I open the program is incredibly frustrating. Can anyone help me?
