Where should a newbie go to learn how to draw illustrations in CSP?

Hello.

I've been strictly a traditional artist for the years I did art regularly from May 2014 - Sept 2017, mostly with PrismaColor Premier colored pencils, and watercolors.

This is my first foray into digital art. I have Clip Studio EX for Windows 10 and an XP-Pen Deco 01 v2 10"x6.25" graphic drawing tablet.

I think I have my workspace set up. But I don't know where to start in the massive library of tutorials, assets, plugins, etc. for how to draw illustrations...mostly character drawing.

For context, these are my traditional pieces, and I'm looking to draw more like these in the digital medium. I figure I'll enjoy the digital medium once I have an idea of where to start and where to go as far as creating illustrations go.

Thank you all in advance!

The official site has a TIPS site.
Not only official users but also volunteer users publish TIPS, so why not read it?
