I have the sketch and the base color ready but I don't know how to paint on top of the base color without leaving the drawing. I am new and I hardly understand everything I would be very pleased if you could help me

    Create a clipping layer on top of the base color layer. The clipping layer can be colored without sticking out to the layers below.

    To create a clipping layer, first create a regular raster layer and click the clipping icon on the Layers palette.

    Hi there! Do you want to paint over the base color without leaving that color? Try creating a layer and to this new layer activate the option "Fit to lower layer". I leave you an image how to do it 😉
