Where are the brushes, and downloaded tools?

Recently reinstalled CSP Pro, and realized that I'm missing a lot of default watercolor brushes that I use often, and that the panel that displays downloaded asset tools are both missing. I don't remember all of the watercolor tools that I used to have, but I'm definitely missing Dense Watercolor, Transparent Watercolor, and Opaque Watercolor.

I've also attached a picture of the missing Downloaded Assets panel as well. The picture used for comparison on the default watercolor brushes I used to have come from this page: https://tips.clip-studio.com/en-us/articles/802

You also seem to have no interest in release notes or update information.

    Where are my downloaded assets?
Grab the "quick access" and move it to the left, then click on the area surrounded by the yellow frame.
