enabling keyframes isnt working, what should I do?

Whenever I try to enable keyframes for this cell, the actual image doesn't show up, I have tried deleting and redrawing the cell but it still wouldn't enable a keyframe, I just bought EX today so sorry if this is a silly question, I am quite familar with the clip studio interace however as I used pro previously

2 years agoKeyframes are enabled
The reason why it is not displayed is that the "Tool Property" palette is not displayed and no information is requested.
Currently, I can't draw on a layer with keyframes enabled
To draw on a layer with keyframes enabled
Press the "Edit keyframe-enabled layer" icon next to the "Enable layer keyframes" icon on the timeline
You can temporarily unkeyframe and draw on the layer
