Cannot login + brush overlaps?

So I ended up getting CSP, which was really cool, but I’ve been encountering a lot of problems that I tried everything on the internet and nothing worked.
So 1, I can no longer sign in to my account on the actual application. It worked before I turned off the computer, but when I came back (I deleted the desktop shortcut, this should’ve have effected anything unless I accidentally deleted the file to which idk if reinstalling will fix it) I couldn’t sign in. I did try and renew my password to see if that was it, but nothing worked either. I learned that I had to probably delete all of my search history and restart the computer, but I have two different internet explorers, plus it’s a family computer under one account so I shouldn’t delete the history without knowing it’ll effect any other user.
Problem 2, was the weird overlap on brushes. It was no problem at first, so when I thought “hey, let’s see if I can fix it up a bit” I kinda messed up in the process and may have messed with the tablet settings to the point where it won’t fix. So originally, I thought the problem was rooted with the opacity, like what I saw on the forums. Pretty simple right? So I just changed and fiddled with the opacity with the brushes, and then the canvas, but I still got this weird overlap. So I thought it was the pen pressure (I think that’s still the issue, idk, this is the first time I’ve actually bought an art program, I’ve used some before, but like, they were already set to accommodate my tablet’s needs). Any way I kinda fiddled with the wintab vs tablet PC part, and I found online that I should keep it on PC, I went back to find I couldn’t change it back. Like I click the thingy, but they thingy ain’t clicking. So I just kinda fiddled with the tablet settings outside the csp application and nothing worked. I rechecked and unchecked the tablet pc box in my tablet application and then closed the csp program and reopened it to put in tablet pc there, but I still got nothing. I’m pretty sure my drivers are up to date. There should be nothing wrong with them. Yet, when I try to draw with the mouse I don’t get any overlap, so I’m assuming it’s the pen pressure.
I just reinstalled the driver too (just a bit before csp), so it should be fine.
I’ve been looking at forums and question sites like these, but those solutions posted there don’t seem to help. I’m open to options, I’m a bit out of them right now.

    1. Unless you deleted your celsys account (not sure if even possible) you should be able to login.
    The problem is probably :
    a) wrong password/email
    b) CAPSLOCK is on
    c) firewall is blocking Clip Studio access to internet.

    2. You can reset the brush/tool, there is a small like "burst bubble" icon at the bottom right of the tool panel.
You can also check brush blending modes , perhaps it's on "multiply" or something. Change it to "normal" mode.
Check brush density parameters in brush engine. Check "brush tip" and "texture" categories.
Since the issue is not there with mouse ,it's probably your tablet pressure (bound to control a parameter) is causing the issue.

    Thank you for replying

It’s not the capslock, or wrong password, those were checked as I tried to login, but I’ll see if it’s the firewall blocking the internet.

And as for the brush tool, they’re all set on normal. I did look at the brush tip option to see if that was the case too, but nothing changed. And when I looked at the brush texture, I saw that my brush had none either, unless the issue is that it’s supposed to have one. I’ll look into the tablet pressure itself if it’s not the pen pressure, thank you!
