Hey, y'all so I've been using CSP pro for years and it's been going great but recently an artist I follow posted new brushes that I tried to download through the startup. It downloaded a updaterr (spelled like that) and after a brief serial number duel, I eventually settled to have fewer permissions. when I opened the file all of my pre-downloaded brushes and materials were gone and the new stuff wasn't there any help or advice? thanks.

I don't think updates and accounts have anything to do with it.
