iPad Crysta PRO "Accessing files" frequently occurs

I'm using PRO on my iPad.
All Crysta files are saved to iCloud.

When you overwrite an open file or try to open and work on a file,
For files that are completely different from the files you want to save or open, "Accessing files. It may take some time. ”I get the popup multiple times, and I can't work or open it until the popup closes.

I can't help popping up the file I want to work on or save, but why access irrelevant files?
Do you often see the same thing?
Should I save to online storage such as iCloud?
