Clip studio paint has stopped responding

whenever i start the program up. it freezes for a while before opening. whenever it finally opens it freezes every 5 minutes or so. I got the report from windows and this is what it says:

It's been doing this for a while but it's kind of annoying anyone having the same issue or have any fixes to this?
(And yes. i've checked auto-save adjusting ram limits, drivers and reinstalling the program many times.

    Uninstall CLIP STUDIO PAINT and CLIP STUDIO in order.

    Please download and install the latest version of CLIP STUDIO PAINT.

    I have done this and it still continues to crash. uninstalling this directly from Control panel in order. I have even uninstalled my tablet driver and reinstalled it.
    The program proceeds to freeze occasionally.

    Perhaps some files in the windows system are corrupted or there is a problem managing the windows account.
