2 years agoIf you purchased the One Time Purchase license, it will not show up under "My Plans", because it is not a subscription plan. You get notified of your serial number immediately after purchase and by email (as long as you typed your email correctly during checkout). Also check your spam/junk folders. It is not connected to your account until you register it.

If you bought a subscription plan, it is connected to your account already, you just need to activate it inside of Paint. There is no serial number for subscription plans.
